1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the website josangtours.com and booking our services (tours, shore excursions, and airport transfers), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. "Josang Tours", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the company providing the services.

2. Booking and Payments

• Reservations: All bookings made through our website are subject to availability. A booking is only confirmed once full payment or the required deposit has been received and you have received a confirmation email.
• Pricing: All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect bookings that have already been confirmed.
• No Hidden Fees: The price displayed at checkout is final. We do not charge hidden fees or surprise taxes upon arrival.
• Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and secure digital payments (PayPal, Stripe).

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our local operators:

• Standard Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the tour or transfer will receive a 100% full refund.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, or "no-shows," are strictly non-refundable.
• Cruise Ship Delays/Cancellations: If your cruise ship cannot dock at Taino Bay or Amber Cove due to bad weather or mechanical issues, we will provide a full refund.
• Flight Delays: For airport transfers, our drivers track your flight. If your flight is delayed on the same day, we will wait for you. If your flight is canceled, please contact us immediately to reschedule or arrange a refund.

4. Itinerary Changes and Weather

Josang Tours reserves the right to alter, modify, or cancel a tour itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to severe weather conditions, road closures, or safety concerns. If we must cancel a tour prior to departure due to weather or safety, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

5. Passenger Responsibilities

• Punctuality: Please be ready at the designated meeting point at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time. For shore excursions, we guarantee your timely return to the ship.
• Health and Safety: Some tours (like the Damajagua Waterfalls or ATV rides) require a moderate level of physical fitness. It is your responsibility to ensure you are medically fit to participate. Pregnant women and individuals with back or heart conditions should consult a doctor before booking strenuous activities.
• Behavior: We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a tour for any passenger exhibiting disruptive, unsafe, or intoxicated behavior, without the right to a refund.

6. Liability Disclaimer

While Josang Tours exercises the utmost care in selecting our guides, drivers, and partners, we act only as an agent for the providers of the activities. We are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, loss, delay, or expense resulting from acts of God, strikes, weather, equipment failure, or the negligence of independent contractors or third-party vendors.

7. Privacy and Data Protection
